    蕴藏在奈耶诺德大学(Nyenrode)那童话般的美丽风景之下的,是该校脚踏实地作的商业教育理念。从阿姆斯特丹南部驱车20分钟,就可以看到该校占地500英亩的大城堡,那里依旧保留着塔楼、护城河、吊桥的建筑风貌。这想必是世界上风景最为迷人的商学院之一了。奈耶诺德大学始建于1946年,是荷兰大型企业赞助的第一家商学院,其赞助公司包括壳牌(Shell)、飞利浦(Philips)、联合利华(Unilever)和阿克苏(Akzo)等。从建校至今,它始终坚持着一个目标:选拔出最优秀、最聪慧、同时兼具管理才能和开拓精神的学生。“培养创业管理人才是我们的使命。”奈耶诺德大学的校长赫曼•布鲁金克(Herman Bruggink)说。

这意味着学校可以自主招生,中国完成高二的学生就可以去读本科预科,因为学校要在经济上自力更生。所以学费比一般U类大学高出很多。奈耶诺德大学开设了管理科学本科和硕士学位课程、全日制MBA课程、在职MBA课程、公共治理MBA课程,以及为为企业专门设计的针对性MBA课程等。其中,工商管理本科课程可以获得荷兰和英国双学位,管理学硕士课程发展非常迅速,它对申请人没有工作经验的要求,且提供一系列的选修课程供学生修读。全日制MBA班有学生15人,在职MBA班则有22人。布鲁金克先生和主管学位课程的副院长杰克•梵•德•维恩(Jack van der Veen)都承认,这些班级的规模较小,但希望将来能够发展壮大。不过布鲁金克也说,由于班级小,学员之间更容易建立起密切联系,而且教授对每个学生倾注的精力也会更多,这正是在奈耶诺德攻读MBA的独特之处。
